Do we [Christians] look any different than those who do nice things? If there is a difference, what is it? Niceness is not our calling as Christians. Romans 1:16, " For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek." This message is the difference. We are NOT humanitarians because we have the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am not just a really friendly traveler. We bring a message. We bring the voice of God and His name that is above every name. When we say we are Christians, I proclaim God's name and bring the ONLY message that purifies, sanctifies, and completely satisfies.
There is an army rising up to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ in Uganda! God is a God who speaks and when he speaks, life happens! (Gen. 1, John 1) The question is not "is he speaking"? The question is "Are we listening?" Is Uganda listening? I am surrounded by 14 examples of the power of Jesus' name: Team Uganda. I am surrounded by 14 warriors who hear God's voice. Our mission: make a mighty roar in Uganda! "Death and life are in the power of the tongue" (Proverbs 18:21). Training Camp 2012. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ. Team Uganda. An army of 15 warriors.
"Sing to the Lord, all the earth! Tell of his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!" 1 Chronicles 16:8-36
