Hey family and friends of team Uganda,
We wanted to let you know that the team has encountered some changes with their flights home. Due to cancelled flights, most of the team was unable to fly out this evening from Nairobi on their scheduled flight. They have been rebooked on the next flight out, which is 24 hours later.
There were 3 of the team (Ashlee, Lacey, and Cameron) who are still travelling on the original itinerary with Team Kenya and their leaders. Nothing about their travel plans have changed.
However, the remainder of the team is staying at the hostel tonight and will be on the next flight, arriving into Atlanta on Sunday, May 15 at 2:10pm. We wanted to let you know, as this delay might affect their next flights out of Atlanta on Sunday to their home destinations.
