Finally.. end of lesson.

A few months ago a good friend of mine (shout out Stephanie Hicks) told me a few times "God is faithful" I told her I wasn't really in the mood to learn that lesson. She continued to tell me "God is faithful" every day at least once for a few weeks. Well let me tell you now. God is faithful. No matter how many times I doubted what he had for me, He was faithful to show me His plan. It all started with the ministry.

About six months ago I looked around for somewhere to go for the summer and I found this place called "Kyampisi Children Ministries" and I wanted to be there. I thought about applying to go be at the village but the me traveling alone thing became a little bit of an issue.. so I found a trip to Uganda and applied and got accepted and funded. Then they told us what team we were on and by the faithfulness of God my team is working with Kyampisi Children Ministries and living with the KCM staff. Faithfulness of God lesson #1-3… really.. the funded, accepted to a trip, and my hearts desire of this ministry.

Then we got to training camp- I got introduced to my team and my team leaders. My team members were of the chain and they absolutely rocked my world. The girls are good- Courtney, Betsy, Kate, Sarah, Alysha, and Jessie. The boys are crazy-Jon, John, and Brennen. The other Uganda team is awesome as well and I will miss them while they are in Lira. Our team leader is Larisa and the other two we will have some is-Hannah and David. This team is so perfectly ordained and God showed one again His faithfulness. Faithfulness of God lesson #4-5.. the team, and the team members.

After safe travels to Uganda which was lesson #6, we got to where we are staying for the next 7 weeks- the Jesus house. It has a shower, a bathroom, and electricity. We had beds and mosquito nets and an incredible staff that we are living with. Faithfulness of God lesson #7-11.

Today we went to the village and again the Father showed me that He loved and was faithful. All the dreams and imaginations I had about sitting and just holding children while we lived life together came true and the Lord blew my mind as we walked and held the kids. Faithfulness of God-end of lesson–after soo long I think I finally understand that God is incredibly faithful (finally got it Stephanie.).

So here is what I have for you, what way is God showing you He is faithful? Do you know that He is going to hold you no matter what? And if you don't know that He is, I encourage you to take time and ask Him if He is willing to hold you. So from Uganda to America, blessings and love as the Lord touches you in the crazy ways He is touching us.
