Pure Passion
Growing up, I’ve always noticed people who have a true passion for the Lord. In the U.S. we truly have so much to thank God, so many things that we seem to forget how good we have it. In the nation of Uganda, however, there’s a much different story.
In Uganda, people’s basic needs are sometimes not even met. It truly makes you want to praise to be an American, but that’s not what this message is all about. Even though Uganda has so much torment, the people here glorify the Lord with so much passion. You can see the delight in their eyes as they dance and worship God.
My prayer is that this lesson would enflame my spirit, and enflame who ever is reading this. Remember all that God has done for you and how he has blessed you.
Psalm 105:1-3 “ Give thanks to the Lord, call his name, make him known among the nations what he has done. 2 Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. 3 Glorify in his name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.”
