So we have been in Lira for almost two weeks now and so far it has been so good. Our team is still growing and getting to know each other but its really cool watching how God is working in everyone and growing them, myself included. I am definitely looking forward to what God is going to do here the rest of the summer and what he is going to continue doing after we leave.
The different ministry opportunities we have been involved with so far have been encouraging. Seeing how even before we got here these kids are being brought up in the Lord and we just get to have a hand in helping them along for two months while God does his work. It has been really humbling. Words can't really describe how excited I am that God is going to be using our team here in Lira and our team in Kampala in such huge ways this summer. Continue praying for our team and that we will surrender ourselves everyday to what God wants to use us for in this short time we are here. Thanks for all the prayers and support!
