This Tuesday, we were praying that God would give us words of encouragement for each other. I've really done anything like this before, and I started believing that, this is just crazy, God only speaks through the word. I prayed and I prayed for God to show me if this was true or not. As I was praying, one of the guys on the team explained to us that he has a strong urge to speak in tongues. I've always believed that this was a dead gift, but I encouraged him to try if he feels right about it. He prayed about and told he really wanted to worship, we all agreed so, thats what we did. As we were singing, he did, he actually spoke in tongues!!!!!!!!! When this happened, I just know it, this was my sign, God showing me that the gift of Tongues is alive and well, was God's sign for me.I broke down in tears as God started speaking to me. I felt God speaking to me, clear as day, telling me, "I called you here for a reason, I have a gift in store for you, just wait for it" I'm still in pure shock and awe about. I pray that God will continue to speak to me this way, I never been closer to him then ever before. Now I can officially say, I'm Awake and I'm Alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
