These past few days have been nothing short of a whirlwind.  Leading up to this weekend I have been so afraid of what this journeys holds, but after this weekend and encountering God I have never been so excited for my future. I have just met these 14 people and already I feel so close and can't wait to build this family relationship. In 25 hours we will be on a plane to UGANDA and I cannot wait to finally get there. Looking back on this past week I have learned a lot about God, community, and my authority and freedom in Christ. I have learned that God is so faithful. He has gone before us to Uganda and He has prepared the hearts of those we will be coming in contact with. First off: Jesus is just so stinkin' amazing. This whole living in community thing has been much harder and much more amazing than I had anticipated. And we haven't even gotten to Uganda yet! Coming to training camp I was expecting to learn about Uganda. I thought I would learn about what ministry I would be a part of and what cultural experiances to expect.
