Week one is training camp. Obviously upon arrival we didn’t really know what to expect or what we were getting into. Honestly, this training camp has been a very interesting week! So many emotions and lessons learned – and we haven’t even seen a plane. My emotions started out as that of much uncertainty and I wanted so badly to be done with it all so we could just go. But I love how God and the people of AIM scheduled this week for us knowing how much we would need it whether we wanted it or not! Things move kinda slow at times and sometimes it’s hard to see a purpose for things in the moment but it’s so good and so worth it! If nothing else, I have learned I LOVE my team and our leaders and I cannot WAIT to continue this journey with them and grow so much closer to them in every way possible! Glory to God for the challenges He has given us so far and holding our hands as we truck right through them!!
