He Is

God is God
He is just, He is kind
He gives eyes to the blind
He is Holy, He is strong
He is perfect with no wrong
He sacrificed, He died
Before Pilot He was tried
He is forgiver, He is lover
He is protector, He is wonder
He is Father to the fatherless
He is Hope to the hopeless
He isn’t cruel, He doesn’t lie
He is honest, He is high,
He IS!
God is God, Who are we?
 
We are sinners, we are haters
We are takers, we are betrayers
We are the hopeless, we are the fatherless
We are loveless, we are worthless
 
But through him…
 
We are givers, we are helpers
We are sons, we are daughters
We are loved, we are owned
We are royalty, we are enthroned
We are not forgotten, we are not weak
We are not small, we are not meek
We are Bold!
We are Here!
We are Ready!
We are his, and he is ours
So are you, he is yours.
