I’ll start by saying this is the first time in my life that I actually feel the Son of God in my heart. The past two days I have let go of the strongholds that have been in my mind my whole life. They were keeping lies in and truth out. By God’s grace and mercy He continued pursuing me until I gave every last burden on my mind to Him. Training camp is coming to a close and from my point of view, this weekend has been a huge success. My heart has been changed in a way I can’t describe, my relationship with the Lord has been strengthened to the highest degree. I have bonded with some wonderful men and women from all over that country that I feel blessed to now have as part of my life, part of my family for the next two months. Hey everyone, it’s David.  This is my blog where I will be telling you all about the great things that God is doing in Uganda. This one is kind of on the fly so it will be short.  Right now we are at the Adventures In Missions training center in Georgia.  But we did not come straight here from the airport. Since landing in Atlanta 5 days ago there has been a constant breaking down of expectations on our part as a team. This comes in the form of what we expected to do and how we expected to experience God on this trip. But the reality is that God is unique and likes to mix it up a bit.
