Since landing in Atlanta 5 days ago there has been a constant breaking down of expectations on our part as a team. This comes in the form of what we expected to do and how we expected to experience God on this trip. But the reality is that God is unique and likes to mix it up a bit. We came into Atlanta expecting to get right on buses to travel to training camp, but the reality is that we actually traveled to the Safe House where we ended up on the streets sharing the Good News to homeless and other individuals that we found. This was our first opportunity as a team to embrace the uniqueness of God. Throughout our training camp we have had the opportunity to embrace slightly the exciting experience that we are about to embark upon. But this adventure is one that has allowed us to unite together as a team and get to see the amazing plan that God has for us. This trip will be a hundred times because I have the support and love of my team behind me. This is one of the greatest feelings, have the freedom to relax and give it to God because he has it all covered.
